Menstrual stage woman

The menstrual cycle is the series of changes that a woman’s body undergoes every month in preparation for the possibility of pregnancy. Each month, the ovaries release an egg in a process called ovulation. At the same time, hormonal changes occur that prepare the uterus for pregnancy. If ovulation occurs, but the egg is not fertilized, the lining of the uterus is expelled through the vagina.

The menstrual cycle is characterized by high variability in cycle length (26-35 days) and can tell a lot about health. All women should follow up on this and watch for irregularities.
