Temperature controlled delivering
We have each client and each consumer as our reason for being and this makes us work every day to improve all our services and processes.
Maintaining the quality and safety of our products at any time is one of the essential keys to preserve and persevere in our usual service excellence and ensure the protection of our products in any environmental situation.
Lamberts Española offers throughout the summer a service with controlled temperature in our deliveries to all clients in all Spain.
One of the key factors for quality assurance of food supplements is maintaining its optimum temperature since the manufacture until it reaches the consumer. All Lamberts products are systematically under the appropriate temperature controls, essentially the prebiotics and the probiotics, which are more sensitive and therefore must be in continuous controlled temperature.
To ensure maximum protection of Lamberts products during the summer period, shipments are made by specialized carriers in the distribution of medicines and food, which guarantee the isothermal temperature control from our supplier factory in the United Kingdom, until the delivery at your establishment.
As a result of the agreement reached with Integra2 Farma, shipments are made under controlled temperature and heat tracing, being the cold chain validated and certified by the CCQI standard (Cold Chain Quality Indicator) and also taking the GDPs (Good Distribution Practice Pharmaceutical) required by the technical and quality policies of the laboratories.
Integra2 Farma was in 2007 the first company in Spain and the third in the world to certify the quality of cold chain with CCQI (Cold Chain Quality Indicator) standard.
CCQI standard evaluates the reliability, quality and efficiency of the companies involved in transport (air, sea and land), treatment and storage of perishable or temperature-sensitive products.
Differs with the ISO 9001 management systems type , in the setting of minimum values to be certified in tables (mastertables the norm) in which industry best practices indicated.
