Vitamin A
It is a fat-soluble vitamin and can be acquired in two ways: preformed (retinol / axeroftol), found in foods of animal origin, (fish liver oil, vegetable origin, palmitate), and beta-carotene, (from dehydrated carrots) and emulsified with a vegetable (soybean) oil or as in our product from the Dunalliena Salina algae). Vitamin A contributes to: normal iron metabolism, maintenance of mucous membranes, skin and vision under normal conditions. Also to the normal functioning of the immune system.
