Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. It was discovered in 1922 by researchers and doctors H.M. Evans and K.S. Bishop (University of California, United States), and in 1936 was isolated from the wheat germ. LAMBERTS® supplies vitamin E in its natural form d-alpha tocopherol, as this is the way it is produced in food and that it is the most easily absorbed and retained by the body. Our vitamin E is naturally obtained from vegetable oil. This vitamin can be measured in milligrams mg) or in International Units (IU). 1 mg of D-Alpha Tocopherol = 1.49 IU.
