In fact it is the quality of the whey used in sports protein shakes that largely determines the taste and texture of the product. That’s why our Protein Shakes aren’t ‘slimy’ in texture, and why we don’t have to make them excessively sweet (a trick often used to mask unpleasant flavours of poor quality whey).

We confirm that we do not use soy as a source of protein in the LAMBERTS® Whey Protein. We would need to declare the input level of the soy if it were of nutritional value however as it is only used during the process of making whey protein isolates it is likely to be less than 1% of the product volume.

Whey is isolated from milk and is recognised as an easy to digest, high quality protein source providing an excellent mix of amino acids, including the three branched chain amino acids (BCAA’s). Amino Acids are the essential components of protein.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Our whey protein powder also includes magnesium which can help contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
