Important nutrients to support optimum male fertility
StrongStart® for Men supplies all of the important micro-nutients at levels that are higher than most typical ‘high street’ products but still safe for long term use. A particular focus is given to the antioxidant nutrients because of the established benefits to sperm health of reducing oxidative stress.
In addition to the established antioxidant nutrients, such as vitamin C and selenium, powerful plant antioxidants from grape seed, turmeric and green tea are included.
The Programme consists of one multi-nutrient tablet per day plus one Omega 3 capsule, the latter of which provides a higher level of Omega 3 essential fatty acids than most other fish oil products available.
