Silica Complete. Hair, Skin and Nails

Our Silica Complete formula is a unique combination of nutrients that have been specifically formulated for healthy hair, nails and hair.

This product has been formulated by nutrition experts to provide nutrients key to the health of our hair, skin and nails. This approach means that our formula not only contains relevant nutrients, but relevant levels, which is quite different from the rather ‘blanket approach’ adopted by many companies promoting hair, skin and nail formulas. Silica Complete can be safely taken with one of our existing multi nutrient formulas. It also works well when taken in conjunction with our Fish Oil 1100mg.

This formula provides:

• Zinc, which contributes to normal maintaining  of hair and nails.
• Biotin, for normal skin wellness.
• Vitamin C, for helping  normal collagen formation.

The skin is composed predominantly of collagen, which is the most abundant protein in the body. This protein forms connective tissue fibers of the skin, hair, nails, ligaments, cartilage, muscles and capillaries. Each hair follicle in the scalp, is surrounded by a sheath of collagen and is where blood vessels provide nutrients needed for normal growth of hair. We use Natural rubber silicon from bamboo, containing 75% of organic silicon, one of the most bioavailable planet.

Although there is no recommended daily dose silicon, most nutritionists agree that a daily intake in our diet is important. Good dietary sources of silicon include cereals such as oats, barley and rice, but the refining processes can eliminate much of this mineral.
