For women of menstruating age.
Lamberts® Premtesse® is a high strength multi-nutrient formula especially developed for women of menstruating age providing 21 nutrients, including a high level of vitamin B6, a nutrient known to contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity. (See product brochure)
A relevant level of magnesium is included (250mg per 2 tablets) which is far more than you’ll find in other multis. We’ve included magnesium at this level as it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
Calcium and Vitamin D help to reduce the loss of bone mineral in post-menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures in women 50 years and older.
Premtesse® can be used alongside other food supplements such as Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower (Borage) Oil.

Cautions
This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
