Green Tea 500 mg

According to Chinese legend, green tea was first drunk about 2700 BC, when an emperor sitting under a tea bush saw a few leaves fall into his cup of hot water- and sipped the brew.

The green tea extract used in this Lamberts® product has been concentrated to ensure a high level of the active ingredients called catechins, providing 250mg per tablet. For Lamberts® to ensure the very best quality, and a high level of active ingredients, the extract is obtained from whole green tea leaves harvested young and without the leaves being fermented: (the process that turns green tea in to black tea). Just one of these tablets is equivalent to ½ litre of traditionally brewed green tea but with a caffeine content a fraction of normal tea.

Many people who are sensitive to caffeine may not want to drink large amounts of it because each cup contains about 4o mg of caffeine.

Daily intake: I to 2 tablets

The amount of caffeine contained per tablet is 37.5 mg and the amount of theanine per tablet is 10 mg (as indicated on the label). Lamberts declares on its labels all active and inactive ingredients (excipients). If the product contains any allergens (such as gluten or soy) it will appear in bold, if it does not appear on the label, it does NOT contain it.
