Lamberts® A-Z Multi is a one-a-day formula providing all of the most important micronutrients, many at 100% NRV. But when it comes to Vitamin D we have included double the NRV, the level that is increasingly being recommended.
Calcium and Vitamin D help to reduce the loss of bone mineral in post-menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures in women 50 years and older.
This product provides an affordable way to ensure that the intake of key micronutrients will reach the recommended daily intake. You should also consider including Osteoguard®, a high strength calcium and magnesium formula and an Omega 3 supplement such as our High Strength Fish Oil 1100mg.
