I have bought the omega 3 bottle and I find that the pills are great. If they are split with a knife, for example, is their value lost? What would be the way to take them? When you say with food, do you mean to take them with any food, or with fish?
A/ Lamberts Omega 3 comes in capsules, so it cannot be split, but you can puncture the capsule and drink the liquid it contains without affecting the product. As for taking it with food, we refer to any food, but we recommend that it be fatty foods, since as they are fat-soluble compounds they favor their absorption (a salad with olive oil, for example).
