Could I split or crush the Glucosamine Complete tablet?
R/ I am afraid although you can crush it, the taste will a little bit strong … as you’ve observed the product has substances that are spicy and that can feel bad if “it is sucks” that is what often happens in the case of people who cannot swallow well. Another thing would be that the tablet could be mix with a puree or something like this in a single scoop, not into all the puree. Alternatively, splitting the tablet in two parts can help swallowing with juice.
