I want to know if it is convenient to take the Calasorb with Vitamin D 400 UI so that it is absorbed better, or it is not necessary?
R/ It is much better to take Calcium with Vitamin D. However, you should first consult your health care provider about vitamin D levels. Currently, vitamin D deficiency is a matter of concern for many health professionals (including gynecologists, traumatologists, cardiologists, etc.), since there are deficiencies of this nutrient and of continuous way the clinical studies reveal the great importance of the same for our organism.
In Lamberts® we have several formulations that contain both nutrients, and others with these nutrients separately. These products with vitamin D and Calcium individually carry a greater concentration, since they are designed for deficiency states of these nutrients.
