60 g Coconut Oil
200-250 g ground almonds (you can use almond meal but will need less)
60 g LAMBERTS® (8381-500 ml)
Pinch of mixed spice, cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg (optional)
Blend all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor, adding the nuts slowly until you get a firm, but still sticky consistency. Roll into balls, flatten slightly and bake at 180C for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.
